08/05/01 Crops almost ready to harvest. Fish are not biting in the Oceanic Pool today.

The Malaysia home garden is growing even more.  The Warm Biome is flowing with colour.

18/04/01 The Easter tent, for food and Eden Beer is staying a while longer, just as well because Eden Beer is really tasty. The Eden Bus to & from St Austell Railway Station.

18/04/01 Another busy day at Eden - the queue to buy ticket snaked up the pathway. Friends and any one with a ticket can pass by this queue and almost walk straight in. (Time 1.20pm)

 

16/04/01 Easter Monday, a steady flow of visitors today with lots to see and do and extra entertainment too.

15/04/01 I took the opportunity to push my mother in law Peggy, very nearly to the top of the waterfall, to do so, however choose a time as I did, when the Humid Biome is least busy. It's much more fun for every one that way.  The Eden Team were extremely helpful in providing a wheelchair and pushing Peggy to the land train, as well as loading her on the train.

 

15/04/01 Imbizo entertained again on Sunday, and seemed to fit in well in the Warm Biome

 

15/04/01 The Warm Biome echoed to to the happy sounds of the Imbizo voices and the visitors love them.  The voices resounded around the biome, and the sun streamed in.

 

15/04/01 Lovely evening at Eden after another busy day with over 13,000 visitors on Saturday

 

14/04/01 Standing by the thundering water fall at 7.15pm we had the biome completely to ourselves, magic!  I don't think we would have been on our own earlier in the day!

14/04/01 Easter is off to a good start with a record number of visitors enjoying a day at Eden.

 

11/04/01 Every one who visited Eden today will have enjoyed themselves I certainly did.

 

11/04/01 (1) This was the queue at peak time to buy tickets.  (2) This is the queue at the fast track entrance for friends and ticket holders at peak time. I was pleased I was a friend.

 

11/04/01 The restaurants were busy at peak times - a lot of visitors brought picnic lunches

 

11/04/01 First use for the Arena - Humid Biome was hot, but not as humid as usual

11/04/01 A lovely day at Eden - Lots of visitors - first chance to sit on the Arena grass.

 

09/04/01 For a brief time around 1.00pm the Eden Full sign appeared.  Eden bus, driven by a smiling and friendly driver, free rides to and from the car parks to the Gateway building.

 

09/04/01 Eden view, note the tent on the Arena.  12.55pm view from the East gate, but don't be put off from coming, there's still plenty of room inside.
